SPECIFICATION
- Type : Vinyl Matt Emulsion
- Flash Point : Non flammable
- Thinner : Clean water
- Specific Gravity : Appr. 1.45 ( white )
- Spreading Rate : 16-18 Sq.m /Lt ( 50 µ ).
- Solid by volume : Appr 50%
DRYING TIME
- Touch Dry – 10 Minutes
- Hard Dry – 30 Minutes
- Overcoating – 2 Hours
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned prior to the application. Eliminate oil, dirt, loose particles and any foreign matter.
PREPARATION OF PAINT
- Stir well so that it is uniformly mixed.
- Then, mix the first coat with 30% water and the second coat with 25% of water.
- Avoid excessive thinning.
APPLICATION
Can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Avoid change of direction while applying to obtain a smooth finish.
RECOMMENDED PRIMER
IMPORTANT
Clean brushes with water after use. Ensure good ventilation for quick drying. Keep containers tightly closed after use.
