Uniro Aqua Protect Waterproofing Paint is a high-performance exterior paint that offers excellent protection against fungi and algae. It keeps walls clean longer, provides a smooth finish with a slight sheen, and resists fading, flaking, and harsh tropical weather. It also has excellent bridging properties for hairline cracks.

SPECIFICATION
- Type : Water Based Acrylic Exterior Emulsion
- Flash Point : Non-flammable
- Thinner : Clean water
- Spreading Rate : 6-8 Sq.m /Lt ( 50 µ ).
DRYING TIME
- Touch Dry – 10 Minutes
- Hard Dry – 30 Minutes
- Overcoating – 2 Hours
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned prior to the application.
Eliminate oil, dirt, loose particles and any foreign matter. The surface should be dust-free and dry. Remove fungus and mould by using fungicide or bleaching solution. After the treatment, wash the surface thoroughly and allow it to dry. Prior to applying Aqua Protect on new walls, the surface should be painted with Uniro Acrylic Wall Filler or Crack Bridging Wall Primer.
PREPARATION OF PAINT
- Stir well so that it is uniformly mixed.
- Then, mix the first coat with 25 % water and the second coat with 10% water.
- Avoid excessive thinning.
APPLICATION
- Can be applied by brush, roller or spray.
- Avoid a change of direction while applying to obtain a smooth finish. The second coat should be applied in a perpendicular direction to the first coat.
RECOMMENDED PRIMER
Uniro Acrylic Wall Filler or Crack Bridging Wall Primer.
IMPORTANT
Clean brushes with water after use. Ensure good ventilation for quick drying. Keep containers tightly closed after use.
