Anti Corrosive Paint

SPECIFICATION

• Type : Rust – preventive paint.
• Flash Point :  38 °C
• Thinner : Uniro Mineral Turpentine
• Spreading Rate : 160 – 1800 Sq.ft/ Litre ( 40 µ).

DRYING TIME ( At 32 oC )

• Touch Dry – 45  Minutes
• Hard Dry – 5 Hours
• Overcoating – 24 Hours

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned before the application. Eliminate oil, dirt, loose particles and any foreign matter.  The surface should be dust-free and dry. 

PREPARATION OF PAINT

1. Stir well so that it is uniformly mixed.
2. Avoid excessive thinning.

APPLICATION

1. Can be applied by brush, roller or spray.
2. Provide adequate ventilation during the application.

• Uniro Supper Gloss Enamel

Not Recommended Overcoats

• N.C Lacquer
• N.C paint
• Industrial Enamel
• Stoving Enamel.

IMPORTANT

Clean the equipment and brushes with Uniro Mineral Turpentine after use. Ensure good ventilation for drying. Keep containers tightly closed after use.
