French Polish

SPECIFICATION

• Type : Natural Resins prepared in Organic Hydrcarbons 
• Texture: Gloss
• Flash Point : 320C
• Thinner : NC Thinner ( If necessary only)
• Spreading Rate : This will depend on the surface texture.

DRYING TIME

• Touch Dry – 30 Minutes
• Hard Dry – 2 Hours

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned prior to the application. Eliminate oil, dirt, loose particles and any foreign matter.  The surface should be dust-free and dry. 

For previously painted wood, clean and sand it with fine sandpaper to prepare it for new varnish coats.

Ensure the undercoat (Sanding Sealer) is dry before applying. For new wood, use Uniro wood preservative (clear) for better protection.

PREPARATION OF PAINT

1. Thin the paint if needed, but avoid over-thinning.

APPLICATION

1. Can be applied by brush or spray application. 
2. Provide adequate ventilation during the application.
3. Sand papering between the coats is recommended.
4. In case of repainting, the old paint film should be sanded with sandpaper in order to get excellent inter-coat adhesion.

IMPORTANT

Clean the equipment and brushes with Uniro NC Thinner after use. Ensure good ventilation for drying. Keep containers tightly closed after use. 

Store in a tightly closed original container in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep away from sources of ignition. Avoid exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
