SPECIFICATION

• Type : Rust Preventive primer

• Thinner : Uniro NC Thinner 
• Specific Gravity : Appr. 1.25 ( white )
• Spreading Rate : 16-18 Sq.m /Lt ( 50 µ )
• Solid by volume : Appr  55%

DRYING TIME

• Touch Dry – 30 Minutes
• Hard Dry – 3 Hours
• Overcoating – 12 Hours

SURFACE PREPARATION

Clean all surfaces thoroughly before application. Remove oil, dirt, loose particles, and any foreign matter. Eliminate mill-scale oil, water, grit, dirt, and marking paint. Ensure steel surfaces are clean.

Before applying the primer, clean weld seams and damaged areas (burnt, rusted) with a power tool, such as a disc sander. Touch up these areas according to the painting schedule before applying the next coat.

PREPARATION OF PAINT

1. Stir well until uniformly mixed.
2. Then, mix with NC Thinner – 50 % Dilution
3. Avoid excessive thinning.

APPLICATION

1. Can be applied by brush, roller or spray.
2. Additional touch-up on weld seam and edges is preferable.
3. Provide adequate ventilation and avoid any kind of fire during and after application.
4. Clean up the tools with Uniro NC Thinner.
5. Close the lid after each use.

RECOMMENDED OVERCOATS

Uniro Super Gloss Enamel

IMPORTANT

Clean all the utensils with NC Thinner after use. Ensure good ventilation for quick drying. Keep containers tightly closed after use.
