Wood Stain

SPECIFICATION

1. Type : Quick drying penetrating stain
2. Thinner : Uniro NC Thinner ( Usually, no Thinning is required. Thinning can be used to lighten the colour )
3. Consistency : Ready to use
4. Flash Point : 32 oC

DRYING TIME ( at 32 0C )

• Touch Dry – 10 Minutes
• Overcoating – 10 Minutes

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned prior to the application. Ensure that the surface is dry and free of moisture. The wood stain must be thoroughly stirred and applied to the surface with a brush, spray or cloth pad.  Allow to stain for a minimum of 5 minutes before removing the excess by wiping along the grain with a clean cloth pad. Removal of all excess stains is essential to ensure good adhesion of subsequent coating. Different colour densities can be obtained by varying the intensity of spraying or the dilution ratio.

IMPORTANT

Clean all the utensils with NC Thinner after use. Ensure good ventilation for quick drying. Keep containers tightly closed after use.
